Mini Peanut Butter and Jelly Cups

Mini Peanut Butter and Jelly Cups

These are for the kid in everyone!

Mini Peanut Butter and Jelly Cups. This is a quick easy treat that will have you thinking about memories of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches from the cafeteria tables as a kid to a midnight snack of a toasted PB+ J sandwich.

One memory comes to mind for me, I recall my brother making some really yummy cocktail and naming it a PB+J, hmmm….I will have to ask him about that one again. It’s been about 20 years since I had one.

In the meantime, I’ll just have to have another one of these.

  1. Now these look like a lot of fun to eat and if your brother gives you that recipe for the PB&J cocktail you’ll have to promise to post it!

    1. I am going to ask him for it, I can’t recall what was in it. It could have even been a shot, knowing him 🙂 but I will find out.

  2. I love this idea!!! I’m such a peanut butter addict, and these seem so darn easy to make and to change up based on people’s tastes (hubby doesn’t like peanut butter, but I bet I could make his using sugar cookie mix instead).

    1. Yes Lenore, the possibilities are endless. I’ve made a few other varieties already. Gingerbread Cheesecake, and peppermint cookie with chocolate ganache filling too, I even made a s’more variety 🙂
