Grilled Steak Salad with Beets

While I was picking out a Tri Tip I just knew I would grill it and put it over a salad.

It was so delicious.

The steak cooked up quick and delicious!

I boiled the beets until tender then peeled and sliced them and put them on top of leafy lettuce cucumbers and carrots, a simple salad. Great for a hot summer night.
