Hi Diane. I follow you and you delicious recipes. Looking forward to the soup recipes.
I have a question. Do you know how to make puffed corn? I have a recipe but it fails to say whether to bake at a low or high temperature.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Enjoy your fun summer.

Hi Kathleen, I’m not sure what your recipe looks like. But I found this if you’re looking to add some flavor to packaged puffed corn https://www.nobiggie.net/salty-sweet-corn-puffs/
and here is a caramel version https://cookiesandcups.com/puffed-caramel-corn/ One you bake, one you don’t. Maybe that’ll help. I’m not really sure if you mean: how do you actually make the puffed corn itself, that I have no idea about, but feel free to message me if you need anything.
Thank you very much.
I will give the recipes a try!
