3/4 cup brown sugar

Mix flour, baking soda, and salt set aside. In large bowl mix butter and both sugars along with vanilla cinnamon eggs. Blend in flour mixture add bananas, then add chips and nuts.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
I melted chocolate and dipped 1/2 of some large cookies in it then sprinkled on yellow sprinkles.
These had three extra chocolate chips added to the tops before baking.
It’s nice to see the chocolate chips stand out on top.
Sounds delicious. Your pics are great. 🙂
These cookies look heavenly. Well done.
These sound very yummy. Would they be good with pecans? I use pecans in my banana bread and love it.
This is a wonderful idea! I've always just used those "older" bananas for banana bread or in the famed Green Monster smoothie (frozen banana, almond milk, and raw spinach).
Oh how pretty
Thanks for this recipe! I tried these cookies last night. The directions did not mention where/ when to include the bananas, so I just added them to the sugar and butter mixture before adding the eggs. Was this okay? I am a beginning baker :0). I also used a small ice cream scoop to drop dough on the cookie sheet, but the first batch came out in mounds. For the next batch I patted the scooped dough down a little and then they came out flatter. Although, my dad preferred the mounds :0). The cookies also came out with a cake-like consistency. Any suggestions for ways to make these crispier?
