Chocolate Chip Mint Cupcakes
Chocolate and mint go together so well.
I love how soft the green looks
and oh, if you has smella-vision or is it smella-monitor maybe it’s smella-screen
(If you know what this would be called clue me in)

you’d get one whiff of these and you’d know how delightful they are.
You’ll find the recipe for the cupcake and the frosting here. I just added the creme de menthe flavor to them and link some flavor options below. I use the liquor, I use it in my mint meringue cookies too.
Chocolate cupcakes with mint frosting 5 droppers full of creme de menthe flavor is all it took for these cupcakes to win me over!
Here are a couple of options for creme de menthe flavor
- candy-style flavor of concentrated drops
- DeKyper Liquor or this type
- or coffee flavor style syrup and you can make delicious mint milkshakes with it too!
Add the mint to the cupcake batter and the frosting.
If you want it greener in color add a drop of green food coloring.
One thing was missing…
did you guess what it is…..
I had to top them off with mini chocolate chips,
I don’t know what it is but I love mint and chocolate chips!
Add mini chips to the cupcakes for added fun.
Okay, YUMMY! I want one (or two) of those with a scoop (or two) of mint chocolate chip ice cream. YAY, Diane!!!

This is one of my most favorite flavor combos! Yummy! Yummy! Yummy!
