Turkey Stuffing Sandwich

It’s the Thanksgiving version of a Meatball Sub!

Ingredients:

  • Sliced turkey breast (a little thicker works well on these sandwiches)
  • Stuffing mix I usually pick up a box of stovetop stuffing, but don’t get me wrong homemade stuffing is fantastic, but takes time when I want a quick sandwich!
  • Cranberry sauce (whole, jellied, or homemade cranberry sauce check out these 6 flavors)
  • Gravy this post will show you how to make gravy, and in no time it’ll taste like Thanksgiving in your kitchen (you can use premade gravy)

Enjoy this sandwich with a toasted roll, or you can enjoy it cold as well. Dip a cold sandwich into hot gravy like a Thanksgiving French dip for a real comfort food feeling. No matter how you choose to serve this sandwich it’s bound to be devoured!

As long as your stuffing is warm and not dried out the sandwich will have plenty of moisture.

You could always butter the rolls if desired. Or dip the sandwiches into gravy like a French Dip.

Turkey Stuffing Sandwich

One bit of this, will have you thinking it's Thanksgiving! Simple ingredients make for a fantastic turkey sandwich.

Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz stuffing mix stove top, chicken
  • 1 lb turkey breast (sliced thick)
  • 3 12" rolls
  • 1 cup cranberry saue fresh or canned
  • 1 cup chicken/turkey gravy prepared or homemade

Instructions

  • Slice rolls in half lenghthwise
  • Prepare stuffing arrording to package direcions
  • Toast the rolls lined with turkey to heat it under a hot (high) broiler for 2-3 minutes, then remove from oven.
  • Spread cranberry sauce on the top inside of bread, and add stuffing.
  • Pour some gravy on the turkey or on the bottom inside of the rolls (or serve with a cup of hot gravy to dip the sandwich into like a French Dip.
  • Top with arugula or spinach if desired.
  • You'll have 6-6" sandwiches, multiply for more servings
