In a medium bowl whisk the shortening, oil, and flour until smooth.
Press it through a fine strainer to remove any lumps so it's extra smooth.
Place it in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
Store in the pantry for up to 6 months.
Notes
Use a silicone brush and spread the pan release onto baking pans, cooking sheet pans, skillets, bundt pans, and muffin pans. Can be used to create a nonstick surface for cooking and baking.
